Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

By using Tune Harbor, you agree to these terms.

What Tune Harbor Is

Tune Harbor is a music sharing platform where users share one song per day with friends. We connect to Spotify and Apple Music to search for and link to songs. We do not host or stream music ourselves.

Your Account

You sign in with Spotify or Apple. You are responsible for your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tune Harbor.

Content

You can share one song per day and add optional notes. Notes must not contain harassment, hate speech, or illegal content. We may remove content or accounts that violate this.

No Warranty

Tune Harbor is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running but make no guarantees about uptime or availability.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

What We Collect

  • Your email and display name from Spotify or Apple (for login)
  • Your username and bio (you choose these)
  • The songs you share (title, artist, platform)
  • Your friend connections and reactions

What We Don't Collect

  • Your listening history from Spotify or Apple Music
  • Your location
  • Your contacts
  • We do not sell your data to anyone

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to make Tune Harbor work — showing your songs to friends, building playlists, and displaying profiles. That's it.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting). Both are industry-standard platforms with encryption.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes all your data including posts, reactions, and friend connections.

Third Parties

We connect to Spotify and Apple Music APIs for song search and playback. Their privacy policies apply to your use of their services.
